Joanne Hunt is a professional artist who calls Nova Scotia home. A contemporary realist, she creates luminous paintings with a tonal softness and quiet atmosphere which has become her signature. Most of all, she enjoys investigating the subtle details found in florals, glass and everyday subjects. Joanne was elected to the prestigious Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour (CSPWC) in 2002, the Society of Canadian Artists (SCA) in 2005 and the International Guild of Realism in 2015.
